We are running Enterprise Vault 9.0, in conjunction with Exchange 2007 on Windows Server 2003 R2.
There are multiple users running Outlook 2007 and 2010 on Windows XP and 7, who have no problems with Enterprise Vault.
One user has a Snow Leopard Mac with Outlook 2011. From what I can work out, the EV9 Mac plugin only supports Entourage, so the EV10 must be used.
The plugin installs fine, but upon trying to log into the toolbar, it will no accept the user's credentials. The user is a member of the correct AD groups, and various methods of credential entry have been tried (e.g. in the domain box: domain, domain.local; in the username box: username, domain\username, domain\email). The password has been verified as correct.

Except the mailbox is not linked, and we only have one domain.
Another user had what appears to be the same problem here: https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/current-ev-902-requirement-mac-outlook-2011-plugin but was told that it should work.
