EVPM personalization for outlook/owa/offline

Is it possible to customize the outlook owa offline vault settings using EVPM scripts? I know I can change the archiving rules associated with a mailbox, but I can't seem to figure out if you can change the registry settings that hit the local desktops.

Whelp,
In a group of 100 users, where OU's can't be used (*grumble*), we want to set special policies for 10 "execs". I can set archive rules that are different (ie, archive in 15 days vs the 30 the policy calls for), but what i can't do is hide their archive explorer icons, change the offline vault root paths, etc...
I was just wondering if there's actually a way to do this with evpm?
