Enable Mailboxes Automatically for Archiving.

Hello

I just have a quick question on how auto enabling of mailbox archiving works... I created below forum in same direction few months back:

I tested in labs and it was fine. I am testing in production now - very basic thing - Add 3 test user (Archive perspectives, 1 zapped mailbox, 1 new mailbox, 1 disabled mailbox) into single provisioning group -Assign same policies and check auto enable mailbox in this provisioning group check box. Assign this group as Rank 1 in provisioning groups.

So now when i am running provisioning taks manually - I see these 3 users on top of report - but they aren't getting enabled for vault automatically as they should be.

Default vault store & indexing service is being defined on Enterprise vault server basis.(on properties of EV servers)

Anything am missing here?

I think they only get enabled once you run the archiving task.

They won't get enabled until the EV archive task runs.

As a side note, I would not expect the mailbox that is disabled to be enabled by this process.

Thanks a lot guys for corrections - Not sure why I was struck at Provisioning task. And Disable mailbox information was precise. !!!
