Enable Messages not sent

We are expierincing problems with the EnableMessages not being sent to user. Nor the archive or pst is sent to user. The messages end up in the System Mailbox for the EV server and I see them in the Inbox saying "this message has not been sent".
We have EV7.0SP1 on W2K3 server with Outlook 2K3 SP2 installed.
 
In the EV event log an error is logged saying:

Error whilst enabling mailbox for user /o=Crux/ou=First Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=crux_mho, error sending enabled message.

Possible Reason:

The message file could not be found.

Please refer to 'Editing the Welcome Message' in the Administration Help for more information on editing and copying the enabled message file.

All messages are kept in the C:\program files\enterprise vault directory but none is sent to user but ends up in the System Mailbox.

Open up the ev system mailbox in AD and add the vault service account to "send on behalf of" permissions in the delivery options tab. That should fix it :)

That change made things come into work...
It looks OK now and mails are sent as they suppose to be.
