When I try to add a user to client driven pst migration a reciev an error in the event log with error id 3196
An error has occured whilst synchronizing the properties of mailbox /o=Crux/ou=First Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=crux_mho on Exchange server MAIL.
Error: Access is denied. [0x80070005]

The archiving is working fine but not the pst migration.
The environment is EV7 SP1 on W2K3SP1 with OL2003SP2.
The EV serviceaccount has full rights to the Exchange server so I don't know what sort of rights that is needed.
