Encentuate AccessAgent and Enterprise Vault integration

Hi All,

We are trying to set up OWA EV to work with this two factor authentication s/w(based on OTP authentication.) this also installs some asp files for OWA. However after installing the OWA extentions script this breaks the OWA logon. It keeps bouncing us back to the logon page repeatedly untill we had no choice but to run the /remove script to unregister the extentions which resolved the issue. Now we are stuck and trying to troubleshoot this issue..

Any help will be appreaciated.. The site uses AccessAgent version 3.2.1.12 and EV 7.5 SP4.

Hiya,

I don't believe there has been any official testing of the two products together. I'd suggest you open a support case to see if something can be done.

Ultimately though it may come down to logging an enhancement request for interoperability between the products.

Hi Chris,

thanks for replying. We've opened 2 support cases with EV and IBM(encentuate) . Hopefully between the 2 of them and us we can get this 2-factor authentication working.
