Enteprise 11: NTFS to Centera Migration appcrash of StorageDelete.exe

During our migration task with "ntfstocentera.exe" nearly every minute the service "Storage Deletion Server" crashes

Storage Deletion Server (1)  -  Restarting failed process 
PID: 23204 
Exit Code: 255 

The process has failed abnormally and will be restarted automatically

The Migration task runs further. I restarted all enterprise vault services after completion, but the error in the next task continues. Is it necessary that the partitions are in backup mode ? what else is necessary ?

Hello Susika, 

My suggestion is to collect a memory dump for the StorageDelete.exe together with a dtrace for the StorageDelete.exe and NTFSCenteraMigrator.Exe, then open a case with Veritas Support Services.

For the dump collection you can use DebugDiag by Microsoft

After opened a case with Veritas Support they said it's all about a bug in V.11, it is fixed in EV 12 CHF 2. Starting with only one thread was the key, so I just finished migrate the data without a crash.
