Enterpise Vault having issues archiving mailbox

Hi,

We are using Enterprise Vault 2007 SP6 with Exchange 2007

We have mailbox that will not automatically archive email but we can archive the email manually.

History of this mailbox was we deleted the EV mailbox and recreated, We have disable and enable EV mailbox, hide and unhide the mailbox from the Global Address List.. etc

Does anybody have any suggestion why this may be happening and how to fix this would be much appreciated.

What happes then if you try to do a Run Now of the archiving task, and choose this particular mailbox?  What is your archiving strategy?  Perhaps there just isn't anything eligible in the mailbox for archiving?
