Can some one give some thouhts on below error.

Due to this email not retiving from EV 8.0 SP2.

Ok it's time you call support I think as they should be able to get this resolved a lot quicker, just tell them about this thread so they can see what's been performed thus far etc

Hi Nick,

We did all the things as per performance guide & added following registry entry.

Still the problem persist.

Also checked with Dtrace. PFB Dtrace.

ThrottleLowerThreshold	HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \SOFTWARE \KVS \Enterprise Vault \Storage	DWORD value set to an integer value. Default is 1500. Raise this to 5000.
ThrottleUpperThreshold	HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \SOFTWARE \KVS \Enterprise Vault \Storage	DWORD value set to an integer value. Default is 4500. Raise this to 10000.
