Enterprise Vault Storage Service stops

Helo everyone...we have an older version of Enterprose Vault and when restarting the Admin service or trying ot start the Storage service it stops every time. Windows shows the following error "DCOM got error "1326" and was unable to logon ****\**** in order to run the server". The username and password is verifed to be correct and was re-entered as a safety. I've looked at the DCOM as well and it is entered correctly. 

Has anyone ever run into this issue before?

When you say you've "looked at the DCOM as well," can you describe what you've looked at?
