Hi,

We have a Domino environment and have encountered a problem during a rollout of EV for Domino to the users. Archiving emails worked fine and everything was running really good when running POC. When trying to access the archived emails users are getting in error message "You are not authorized to perfrom the operation"

All users have the problem. The users who were in the POC environment are also having the same problem. Not sure if it is a mail template issue or ACL issue or something totally different which we are not aware off.
Need help with the following....

Does the user have manager access to the mail files?

They have Editor Access. But a few mailbox has full access. When I ran the Proof of Concept it worked fine with 2 users. But when adding 8 more people, having diffculties to get the messages opened.

please post event logs / ev version & sp

seems to be a permission issue. the event will tell more.

names.nsf is up to date?

Names.nsf is all up to date. There is nothing within the event logs of the EV Server which indicates anything. We did have a problem with the template which was restored of backup but fail to understand if that could cause any problems.

EV software: 2007 SP3
