I am trying to locate the collections path in SQL.
can anyone tell me where that is?

Are you talking about the temp location for Centera?

It is partitionentry table in the enterprisevaultdirectory database. Column is StagingRootPath. You will want to be careful changing this, it can cause some errors if you change temp locations when there are items left to collect.
