Enterprise Vault only show correct time in daylight saving

Hi all,

We upgrade our EV server to the version 11.0.4 CHF 5, we a still testing the EV Search. Now we across this situation.

All items with date when Daylight is not active from 28th of October to 25th of March EV Search show the time + 1 hour

How can I correct this?

And in EV11 how to change the time format from 12 hour to 24 hour format?

To change the time format in EV search, you can use the steps described in the page below:

Regarding the 1 hour time difference in the search preview pane, can you confirm that the time is accurate when opening the actual item? I may be wrong, but it is possible that this could be caused by the fact the daylight saving time did not get updated on the EV servers.

thanks for yours quick responce. The solutions you send is only for EV 12, in EV 11 there is no regional settings in Preferences Menu as you can see in the attact file, and from the following post:

Regarding the 1 hour diference, you are correct when open the message the time is correct, all our server have dayligth save active it's push by GPO and as I said all legacy application show the correct time.
