Error code 8591 after installing SP4

I recently installed SP4 for Enterprise Vault and am now getting an error 8591 in the EV Event Log.  The text of the log is "Error launching EvAzUtil utility in order to upgrade the roles-based administration database. Error code: '-532459699' ".

I also get an error in the Application Event Log that may be related:

Event ID: 5000

.Net Runtime 2.0 Error

EventType clr20r3, P1 evazutil.exe, P2 7.5.4.2534, P3 48d19974, P4 kvs.enterprisevault.common, P5 7.5.4.2534, P6 48d198ad, P7 85, P8 0, P9 system.io.fileloadexception, P10 NIL.

Any idea how to fix this?

I was about to begin the rollout of EV to the company but figured I'd better clear this up first.

Yep, this worked.

However, since I'm running Windows Server 2003 x64 edition, I had to change edit the path in the REG file to read: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\StrongName\Verification\Interop.AZROLESLib,26C5E2CCF2B9267C

You might want to add that to the support document, just in case there are any other x64 users out there.
