Error message in Enterprise Vault SP2

i have one error in my server when installed Enterprise Vault SP 2.

The error is: 

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library.

Assertion Failed

Program: ... ram Files \ Enterprise Vault\ MonitoringAgent.exe

File: d:\clearcase_view\snapshot\evaper_vie...\trace.cpp

Line: 297

Expressión: m_tlsIndex ! = TLS_OUT_OF_INDEXES

Anyone woud say to me what is the solution ?

When exactly are you experiencing this issue?
Are you using FSA or E-Mail Archive?
Which SP2 do you have? 7.0 SP2?

The error appears when installed Enterprise Vault SP2. The errors appear periodically.

I have installed Enterprise Vault SP2, with FSA.

Do you have any idea ?

Have you tried reinstalling the Placeholder service?

I have installed the SP4 in SQL Server 2000,

and i have reinstalled the File Placeholder service i done lodctr /R and restart the service.

The error continues appear.

Do you have any idea more ?
