Ev client issue

Hi Team,

Could you please let us know the below details?

1)  User has tried to do store in vault but it creates the five copies of mails in the outlook.

Please let us know if any one knows the solution for this

Could you share some more detail?

ie, what version of EV server and client? What version of Outlook and OS?  Does it happen to all users?  Do you have a client trace?
