What this error is saying is that whilst doing a restore it could find the item within EV but it couldn't find the per user information which is also held in EV.
Have you had any issues which have mean you've had to do DR of one kind or anohter?
There are in fact 7 different savesets reported by those errors. They are

What versions of EV have you previously ran?
