Exchange Store Reporter 2.0 show MAPI_NO_ACCESS error message

Hi everyone,

Would you tell me about the Exchange Store Reporter 2.0, when finish to scan the mailbox server will show this error message,

The reasons is: MAPI_NO_ACCESS,

But already to grant the full administrative permission on Exchange system manager, and local administrators group on machine.

as spoken, I hear that it need to install ESM tool when going to scan it on machine? whatever going to install Outlook 2000 on the machine when run to scan...

Hello,

This is a sales tool so you may want to contact the person you got the tool from.  Below is an excerpt from the Read Me file that comes in the zip.

Computer requirements

 The computer on which you install Exchange Store Reporter
 must have:

 -- One of the following operating systems:

  Windows Server 2003 (any version)
  Windows 2000 (any version)
  Windows XP Professional (any version)

 -- A network connection to the Exchange Servers that Exchange
    Store Reporter will process.

 -- Microsoft Outlook 2000 or 2003 (any service pack).

Windows Account requirements

 The Windows account from which you run Exchange Store
 Reporter must have sufficient Exchange Server permissions to
 gather the required data:

 -- For Exchange 2003 or Exchange 2000 the account must have
    Full Control access to each Exchange Server.

 -- For Exchange 5.5 the account must have Service Account
    Admin permissions at the Site and Configuration level.

 If you do not already have a suitable account, you can add
 permissions as described in the Exchange Store Reporter
 online help, EVESReporter.chm.
