Failed to perform the search request.

Hi,

Since 3 weeks we have Enterprise Vault 6.0 sp4 and now some people when they go to the search vault and insert a value and press "find now" they receive an error  "Failed to perform the search request. "

has anybody experienced the same, and more important, how did u resolved i the problems.

I had this kind of issue at a customer with huge indexes (more than 800 GB) some users couldn't get the search, i instructed them to run the index...replay.exe (don't rememer the exact name) and rebuild the index for the problematic users. and it did the trick !
