Hi
 
Getting the below warning frequently every 15mintues.
 
Can anyone help me with this

there's a lot to check so it would help to know more details about what you're working with and what you've already tried.

off the top of my head, you might want to check if SQL is in single user mode for some reason and also things like memory being maxed out, current SP and hotfix level on the SQL box, etc. make sure that EV is in backup mode when SQL maintenance is being done, etc.
