How does EV automatically delete archive when they become empty after expiry runs.

Hi,

I have a EV environment that has around 13000 archives.  I would have to say that around 5000 of these are users archives that have been gone from the company for a long time, and that all emails in the archives have expired.  So basically they are empty.  When you search the archive they come back with 0 items.  Is there a way to set EV to automatically delete these archives when they become empty?  Or is it a manual process to go into the admin console and mark them for deletion?

If it is a manual process is their a way to run a report to show which archives are empty?

It would be a manual process.  I do know of a tool that would be able to do this automatically if you want a third party solution.
