How to completely remove Enterprise Vault 7

Hi All,

Sorry if this has been posted before...I searched but didn't find exactly what I was looking for.

I have EV v7 with about 7 users actually having archived items on the server. Is there an easy way to have those seven users' emails "de-archived" and put back on the Exchange server without having to go through the whole process of creating custom .ini files?

The reason I'm asking is because I need to totally remove the vault server from my infrastructure, but I want to make sure all of those archived items are restored prior to uninstall.

I'd appreciate any help you could lend.

I had to move some users out of EV because OV did not work. The process I used was in VAC, On Archives, right click and use the Export option. You can export back to mailbox. Once this was completed, I disabled the mailbox in VAC.

I hope this is not too basic and helps.
