How to export user mailbox including the Contacts and Calendar items ?

Can EV export the PST including the mail contacts and also the Calendar items as well ?

if yes please let me know how.

Yes, right click Archives in the Vault Admin Console and click Export Archives This will export to PST or to the original location, it will export *everything* including calendar and contacts
