Initial setup query

I am currently installing EV for the first time and have enabled a couple of test mailboxes with EV.

I don't seem to be getting any errors anywhere but the icons in the mailboxes are stuck on "This item is being archived by EV. Do not copy, move or delete this item.

It looks like data is being added to the EV indexing but the EV store in not increasing.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

What is your Remove Safety Copy strategy?  If it is after back the vault store will need to be backed up.

You can run a remove attrib command to remove the archive bit to simulate the back up.

In the vault admin console help search on Remove Safety Copy and it will discuss it in detail.

That did the job and the Icons have now changed. Now just got to get the rest of it working!
