We had a user who we found had a rule in her Outlook to redirect any messages sent/received to her account out to a personal gmail account.
Management asked to see all correspondence from this user that was redirected to her gmail account. However if I do a search in either CA or DA, nothing comes up. Since she all of her email is journaled, I would think these redirects would come up but they don't. I have been testing with an account using the same rule she had in place.
This is the rule I am using to test.
To add confusion - our Exchange environment does not allow for messages to be redirected to external accounts.
Assuming an Exchange environment allowed for redirection, shouldn't these messages show up in a search?
