MSMQ Clustering?

If I were to build a two nodes EV clusters, MSMQ needs to be clustered, right?

Yes.

We do Veritas clustering and cluster MSMQ along with EV.  EV depends on the services of MSMQ and therefore should be associated with it in a clustered virtual server.  You should also cluster other dependent services like the disks.
