Messages archivied request user credentials

Hi for all.

I need a help:

My envinronment of Enterprise Vault is formed by 3 servers in Cluster the type n+1. In cluster A, i have 3000 users archivied. Users in Cluster A normally access your messages, as in cluster B, when users open the message is prompted for network credentials.

Local Intranet Zones is configured correctly.

Any idea?

after sinchronization al mailbox in cluster B, the messages began to open, but now appears the following messages in email:
