Migrating PST's from NetApp MultiStore VFiler

Hello

I know that the PST Locator Task cannot locate PST Files on a NetApp MultiStore VFiler system. P. 26 of the Symantec Compatibility Chart.

Has anyone been successful locating and migrating PST files from a NetApp MultiStore using either the Client Based Migration or PST Wizard?

Just trying to give the customer other options and I have not been confronted with this problem before.

Hello, the following article states that:

You cannot migrate files that are hosted on:

• NetApp vFiler devices running a version of Data ONTAP earlier than Data ONTAP 7.3

This implies that if you are running Data ONTAP 7.3 or higher you can infact migrate PST from a NetApp vfiler (MultiStore) device using PST Client Migration.

Can anyone confirm that my assumption is correct?
