Migrating data to new storage and dvs date

We're migrating are vault store data from an MSA to EMC Isilon and currently using em copy program provided by EMC to copy the data to the isilon. That is all going fine but we noticed that the modified date on the .dvs files change to when the copy was performed. Will the date changing on .dvs files affect indexing, or retentions or anything like that? does the .dvs file date have any bearing on any vault processes?

-Thanks

Nope, it won't make any difference at all
The Modified Date that EV uses for Storage Expiry purposes is based off of the IdDateTime column held in the Vault Store Database. The modified date is the Sent/Received date (typically) of an Email item, or an actual modified date of a file archived by FSA

But the physicaly DVS/DVSSP/DVSCC files won't make any difference what so ever to retrieval, expiry etc

How about indexes? haven't moved those but planned to, althought now that we know about the date issue we may use another program to sync data
