My Lotus domino archiving task is archiving the mailboxes which are deleted from Domino Server.

Hi,

My Lotus domino archiving task is archiving the mailboxes which are deleted from Domino Server.

The mailbox is already disabled for archiving but still whenever the task runs it searches for that deleted mailbox.

If I right click the task and select run the archiving task in report mode and select list all mailboxes I am able to see the deleted mailbox although it is disabled for archiving.

What can be the cause?Please help me.

Did you use the Disable Mailbox Wizard to disable them before you deleted them from the Domino Server?

Yes the mailbox were disabled using Disable Mailbox wizard before deleting from the Domino Server.

Also I found this two links which pointed this to be a known issue.Is there any hotfix released for the same.

Hi,

This issue has been fixed in EV 9.0 SP3  and EV 10.0.

Which version of EV are you using?
