OWA and Archive Explorer

When I try to launch the archive explorer within OWA I get the two frames, but nothing in the left hand frame and only the following in the right hand frame, "Please select a folder in the left hand pane."

Any ideas as to why nothing would load properly? Could this be the mapping back to the eVault server? I have checked the txt file and the proper information is within there.

You might want to first try archiving someething in OWA then go into Archive Explorer, do a re-fresh and see if it shows up. Also try clearing your IE cache.

Clear ya cache...also try to archive something manually. If it says "No accessible vaults", then you know you've got a communication problem. If you do, start simple...try to ping the EV servers from the exchange servers. 35% of the time, it's somthing that silly.
