Offline Vault - Not Downloading

I have a user recently migrated from Exchange 5.5 Outlook 2002 to Exchange 2003 Outlook 2003. User has a laptop and about a 3gb vault store. The Vault server and client are both version 5 SP3. We are just starting a migration from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003 and are running into a few issues, one of which is getting the offline vault to work. Below is a portion of the log file for the user I'm working with to get the offline vault downloaded. As you can see, it starts to download and then exits without downloading anything. I have no clue what it means by "no slots available in the database" and I'm coming up empty on searching the knowledgebase. Has anyone run into something like this before?

Hi,

'No slots available' is due to a known issue that was first fixed in V5 sp4. There have been a lot of performance improvements in offline vault after V5 sp4. I suggest that you use the V6 sp2(or sp1) client (it will work against your server version).

You will need to rebuild the offline vault in order to resolve the issue. You can do that by hold down shift and ctrl and pressing ev search button(on the client with the issue). A diagnostic window will appear and there will be an option Reset offline Vault. Choose that and exit and re-enter Outlook.
