Offline Vault won't run correctly

After deleteing a users Windows XP profile and re-creating, and after re-installing Enterprise Vault tools I can no longer get the offline vault to run succesfully. Can anyone help?

Have you tried a reset?

 

CTRL+SHIFT click one of the toolbar EV icons and then reset the OV.

 

Remember OV requires patience so once reset give it some time (should be 3 - 5 minutes) to start to rebuild
