Offline vault is looping

Hi ,

I have a customer with EV 6.0 SP3 and clients Outlook 2003 SP2 with cached mode.
Offline is enabled to users. on few users (of course VIP with huge mailboxes ~ 2 GB) the offline vault is starting and never end. every days it start by sync all the mailbox again and again.
I saw the client log and weird entries like : (resetting invalid database: 1)
for every items being sync'ed.
what does it mean ? is the OST corrupted ?

Try resetting the offline vault.

Hi,

You are seeing
"(resetting invalid database: 1) "

because you have done a reset offline vault (or perhaps deleted .DB files related with OV.
You will see that occur for each item in offline vault if you've done a reset as part of EV doing a tidy up because you did the reset.
So you probably need to wait for that to finish (which it will have by now and then look to see what's happening.

That's right, i already did a reset OV. so i will wait until the Ov is resetting itself.
