Old/duplicate shortcuts remain in EV after new EV server is set up.

Hi,

I am currently installing a new EV server for a customer.
Before old EV server where shut down original shortcuts was not deleted from exchange. I do know now we should have done this if possible but we did not.
What I see now is that the old shortcuts remains in exchange and new duplicate ones are being made.

Will the old shortcuts be considered orphan and can be removed using option delete orphan shortcuts?

Any ideas on how to get them deleted?

Yes, Delete Orphan Shotrcuts will help you out with this issue :)

I did guess so, I did set up delete orphan shortcuts but event viewer on ev server reported alot of error regarding RPC server unavalilble.  EventID 8390
But I'll have to look into the issue a bit more :)
