Open an archive item does not show the original content

Hi,

For some Outlook Client double clicking an archive item does not show the original content.
It is really weird ... because if I retry the next day its OK.
Runing the synchronization for the affected mailbox does not accelerate the thing, I have to wait.

Any idea ?

when it doesn't show the content, at the very top should be a grey bar saying something like "Enterprise Vault failed to retrieve this item" or "This item has been archived by Enterprise Vault" What happens when you click that grey bar?
