Outlook 2003 SP2

Has anyone found a way to get the User Extensions to work on Outlook 2003 SP2? Because of regulatory and legal issues, I have a client that must move to SP2 and the extensions don't work? Thanks.

It should also be noted that this user has multiple profiles in his Outlook.

with OL closed open a command window and on the root of c: type del extend.dat /s

This will remove the extend.dat and let it be recreated when Outlook is opened again. It might help.
