PST Migrator (Import)

I am trying to import a few PSTs that failed during the server migrator. I would like non-eligible items to be moved to the mailbox. When I try to import, non eligible items are left in the PST. Any idea how to configure the wizard to move the items to the mailbox?

It depends why the items concerned are not eligible. Could be the message class I.e a message class type not eligible. Could be the items are corrupt. Get a dtrace of migrator server and post it.

Did you opt to create shortcuts in the mailbox for the archived items?  Pretty sure without that option chosen the ineligible items will remain in the PST, as you described.  So I would check that setting.
