PST migrator task not deleting PSTs

We are using an account that has local admin rights on the computers and PST migrator rights in EV.  The PSTs are migrating as expected, but the originals are not being deleted.  We are removing the archive bit from the vault store partitions for the archived items.

Here is the text we are getting on the migration report for the PST:

 11/6/2008 1:52:19 PM Failed to get Vault Store backup policy for Vault ID 1BD29C5B1E00C6F499172F754965681E81110000evault for PST: \\PC\C$\Documents and Settings\evuser\Desktop\TEST-Import.PST : Login failed for user 'domain\evpstmig'. **

Any ideas?

Hi,

Does that account have local admin permissions on the EV server.  try that just as a test if you can.

Yes it is in the local admins group.  It also has the security rights 'log on as a service', 'act as part of the operating system', and 'replace a process level token', as the warning message told us when we entered it as the service account the PST tasks should run under.
