(1)
I have a user that was enabled for quota archiving in Sept of this year (70/30 quota archiving). He had been enabled for age based archiving). The system has not archived the user since (8/24).
There is a combination of policy and EVPM script being ran on the mailbox because only the INBOX and SENT ITEMS are the only folders being archived. These had the 70 30 EVPM script ran against them.
SCRIPT

DirectoryComputerName = XXXXXX
SiteName = EV6_site

CreateShortcut = true
DeleteOriginal = true
UnreadMail = false
UseInactivityPeriod = false
PercentageQuota = 70
[Mailbox]
DistinguishedName = XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
[Folder]
Name = \Inbox
Filtername = s7030
OverrideArchiveLocks = true
RetentionCategory = Business
[Folder]
Name = \Sent Items

OverrideArchiveLocks = true

END SCRIPT
(2) I ran a report and the below was reported. There are items eligible but they are never archived.
The report displays that there are eligible items. But there is a bos that states the number of items that will be archived is "0".
(3) I dtraced the report and it did display items that were eligible for archiving. These items were older then the (7) days specified in the policy. Items less than (7) days were not eligible. So the settings that were not applied in the EVPM script and applied in the policy seem to be working.

(5) I think the system may be using the parent folder settings but I do not see this specifically in the dtrace.

I will assume that the above is (6) months.
I may ZAP the mailbox in the morning but I wanted to understand why the policy and EVPM settings were not taking effect.
Yes I ask questions to!
