Removing a account from a vault which has automatically set permissions

Hi Guys,

I'm running EV 6 Sp3

The problem I'm having is users who have left the org and their account has been deleted, they then come back later and I want to add their new user account (therefore new SID) to their old vault but I get an error "please enter an existing windows NT account name" and I have an account unknown listing with an unresolved SID in the permissions list with auto permissions attached (obviously the old deleted user account that it won't let me remove as it has the automatically set permissions.

Basically it won't let me do anything with the vault with the unresolved SID attached to the vault.

Any tips on cleaning these up

On the Archive properties General tab change the Bill usage to a valid account name.  Either the new user account or the VSA will do.  Click apply or ok.  Now you should be able to add them to the archive.
