Running EV on VMware ESX Server

Has anyone had any experience with running EV on VMware? Have you found any performance issues?

I run it in a lab, but it is a bit slow. It is not officially supported yet, but hopefully in sp2 for v6. :)

We run EV on VMware on laptops for Demo's at customer sites. It works, but it's totally not a production solution (it's slow and we've seen database corruption).

I use Virtual Server in which i can easily merge and undo settings.
Havent had any problems yet, also can run the whole sherade with three machines.
My setup consist 1 DC win 2003 sp 1, one Exchange server, one enterprise vault with SQL running local.All this runs from mylaptop compaq nc 6000
Mainly because there are a lot of settings, win xp sp 1 sp 2 , outlook sp 1 sp 2
and exchange 2003 and E12 ( the next version of exchange ) combined with sql and ad .
Anyone here have any experience with sql 2005?
