Hi all,
We have implemented a SSL certificate for EV and we are having issues with FSA. mailbox archiving is working but when we try and open a archived file on the file server we get errors.
the item will not open and the error in the event log are as follows;
Event Id 20491
error downloading item... Error the web server is available but it is not correctly configured.
In the event log it is pointing to the old DNS alias. We changed the DNS alias for the certificate. Now I know there is a process to follow for mail archiving http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH47364 but is there a process for file server archiving?
Thanks
Rob

FWIW your only option maybe to do FSAUTILITY -c to recreate the placeholders?! But, I've never done the SSL thing with FSA.

So these were items which were archived BEFORE the SSL certificate was added?

Hi All,
Sorry for the delay. The recreating of the FSA placeholders sorted out the issue. Once the placeholder where recreated the URL was corrected and users can access their items.
We have a new problem now with FSA and killing the File server but I am posting a new for this so any comments would be great.
