Savedsets Errors in EV

Hi

Can some one help me on the below errors which is triggering on my EV server

There are 407648 savedsets that have not yet been backed up or replicated for vault store.

There is a build-up of saveset that enterprise vault cannot confirm have been backed up or replicated.

Can you please tell me what i need to do to resolve these errors and can some explain why these errors are trigeering?

How have you got your Enterprise Vault backups configured? You can find more information in the Administrators Guide.  

Essentially it likely means that backups are either:

a/ not configured

b/ not working

c/ not correctly clearing the archive bit or using a trigger file

Hi Chandra,

You need to confirm what method you are using to confirm if the savesets were backed up. You can verify these settings under the vault store > partition properties. You should have one of these two options selected: trigger file or archive bit. Depending of which one you have, you need to engage your backup team to determine which option can be used with the backup software. Also, you might need to use powershell scripts to set and clear backup mode in Enterprise Vault:
