Setting up enterprise Vault for teh first time

are there any general guides relating to steps needed for setting up EV for the first time i.e., how to sort your Outlook amil to determine how to set retention timeframes, setting up folders, moving meails to the appropriate foders, etc.

Basically everything a user needs to do before unchecking the unsuspend button and activating EV?

I've recently deployed a fresh installation of EV 7.5 to our small domain of 30 PC's and 20 users. Apart from reading the usual PDF's on the topic (Introduction and Planning, Installing and Configuring and the Administrators Guide) i hadn't come across any other documents neccessary to ensure a smooth installation.

There were a few items i needed to attend to before the first run of EV on the domain, but this is purely specific to our set up. At the moment, EV is running with the standard defaults and will remain so for a while as we observe its performance.
