Servers are EV904.
EV Outlook Add-in is 10.0.4.1189.
We're testing the Store button. I'm trying to find where in our desktop policy - or elsewhere - why the retention category defaults and will not allow the user to select another retention category. Documentation states: "Click the Name arrow to see more options."
If it matters, our backend is Centera in governance mode and Centera handles the retention names and values, not EV.

There is one small modification that that article requires. Step 9 states:
9. In the "List settings from:" drop down list, select "Outlook".
It should read:
9. In the "In the Desktop Policy (Not the mailbox policY), Advanced Tab, List settings from:" drop down list, select "Outlook".
