Store in Vault dialog box in OWA

Dear All,
 
I have Enterpise Vault 2007 with SP2.
Everything is ok now, but not the OWA.
 
Strange things:
1) I found that all the fields in "Store in Vault" dialog box is clear.
2) And when I open a archived email in OWA, it said "The archived item is currently unavailable".
3) when I click "archive email" icon in OWA, nothing happen.
 
Please advise what should I check. For example, which logs, settings...

It is okay when u access from the Back-End server? If the BE is okay, then it could be some issue with the Front-End then...
Typically, the logs to look for will be the IIS log and the EV OWA debug log which you can enable it by editing the EVbackend.ini or Evfrontend.ini, change proxydiagnostics=0 to proxydiagnostics=2

I had the same issues on my BE server.  I only have a BE server, am not using a FE server.
 
It was as simple as reinstalling the OWA extensions on the BE server and running the config.
