Supportability Issues

Hi All,

Not Enterprise Vault direct, but Enterprise Vault related I guess.

I have recently got a new coffee machine and my Symantec Enterprise Vault Mug does not fit it.  If I remove the draw at the bottom, it complains that the draw is removed.  I flashed the firmware but no go it still does not work.

How do I get a bug in for this one?

Wayne I think the issue is not with the coffee maker. I think it might be an IO issue (Idiot Operator) :)

Obviously, you should have run the deployment scanner prior to proceeding with the install.
Luckily there was a third-party solution available that could save your.....coffee :)

Where Coffee_Cup <='VCare'
or
Where Mouthsizevolume >=2

But if you ask me the most important part is 

Where Mouthsizevolume >=2

We all know there is little point in having a cup that fits when the mouthvolumesize exceeds the coffee_cup size.
