I am going to be installing DA and I was wondering where others have installed it? I have an EV system and a CA system. I was thinking of putting the DA on the CA box but I was told by Symantec not to do this. They also said that with 500 users, putting it on the EV box would be bad. Does anyone run DA on a virtual system like VMware? Or will I be better off installing it on a pizza box attached to the SAN?
It is not recommended to put CA or DA on the same box, you can put DA on the same box as EV, or use an alternate box, I would recommend doing the latter.
