it's a windows server with a hidden share.

Which i've confirmed we have full rights on so it should be able to read them.

I'm trying to get hold of the test user to enable client debugging and then d-trace from the server side as well.

But wondering if there was anything obvious i'm missing to change while waiting.

I've ran a client debug and confirmed that the tool is seeing the pst location on the network share.

But the share is on a dfs share

\\server\root$\maildata\user\*.pst

Any ideas

I've got full rights too the share itself.

Forgot to mention this was happening on 2007 SP3 and now on 2007 SP4

Not sure if DFS is supported.

But has the EV Service Account local Administrator rights on the Server?

Cheers
